Souika — Delete your account

Souika (سويقة) is a marketplace app for Morocco published by Souika. This page explains how to request deletion of your Souika account and the data associated with it.

How to request account deletion

1. Send an email to contact@souika.app with the subject "Delete my account".
2. Send it from the email address linked to your account, or include the phone number you use to sign in, so we can verify it's really you.
3. We confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile: email address, phone number, name, profile photo, default city, and language preference.
• All your listings, including their photos, titles, descriptions, prices, and locations.
• Your conversations with buyers and sellers.

What may be kept, and for how long

Limited records needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance (for example abuse reports or rate-limiting logs referencing your account) may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion, then removed.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You can also request deletion of specific data — for example one listing and its photos, or your chat history — without closing your account. Email contact@souika.app and tell us what you'd like removed; we process these requests within 30 days.
